Originally mined by the rebel Gotrok Lugians, the metal was sold by them to the Virindi, who used it in the creation of Hollow Minions. A Hollow Minion is a fictional creature in the Asheron's Call MMORPG franchise. Conceptually similar to robots, the Hollow Minion is a magical construct of the Virindi. Essentially they are a physically hollow humanoid shell made of the anti-magical metal chorizite, and animated by a strong core of magical energy held within. The core essence is programmed to follow the will of the creator, although a more complex personality can be used, even creating semi-sentient thought. Their seemingly contradictory construction method is unknown, but the result is an anti-magical automoton controllable by magic. The Virindi are an entity from the MMORPG Asheron's Call. They originate from the Singularity and when defeated are sent to the Quiddity. They are generally have a hivemind sentience, though whether they are "alive" depends on your defintion, as they seem to be composed of energy. A few have broken free and are free-thinking. All standard Virindi, assuming Rifts are not counted as standard Virindi, thus far wear a cloak and mask to disguise themselves as humans. ...more on Wikipedia about "Virindi"
