The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra (IPO) is the leading symphony orchestra in Israel, and one of the top orchestras in the world. The origin of the National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia (NCOA) dates back to a time when Armenia was a part of the former Soviet Union.
