Calistoga Water Company, more commonly referred to as simply Calistoga is a producer of bottled water and mineral water in the Napa Valley of Northern California. Calistoga Water Company was founded in 1970. Elwood Springer purchased a small bottling plant that had been built on the town's signature mineral water geyser.
