Catupiry ('cah-too-pee-REE' with a flipped 'r') is the common way of referrng to a very popular "cream cheese" in Brazil manufactured by Catupiry®, which manufactures a number of products of which the cream cheese is the most famous. Note that this "cream cheese" bears little relation to what Americans call cream cheese (i.e. by Philadephia), and has an appearance and texture very similar to that of mashed potatoes. In Portuguese, 'cream cheese' is "requeijão", but in Brazil, the name "Catupiry" has become synonymous with the product. It does not have a particularly strong flavour. The name comes from the Tupi-Guarani language of a group of Indian tribes and means "excellent". ...more on Wikipedia about "Catupiry"

A cheesecake is a dessert which is either made of, or has a soft topping of, ricotta cheese, quark, twaróg, or more usually cream cheese, sugar and sometimes other ingredients such as eggs, cream and fruit, on a cookie or graham cracker crumb crust. Various other flavorings may be added, such as vanilla or chocolate, and a fruit topping, like strawberry is frequently added. Some types of cheesecake are custard pie, rather than a true cake, which leads many novice bakers to cheesecake failure. The above mentioned ricotta topping is used widely in Italy and is whipped with other ingredients to a consistency such as that of whipped cream. Often the base is more pastry-like, and the cheesecake is far lighter than a traditional uncooked cheesecake. ...more on Wikipedia about "Cheesecake"

The Cooper's Hill Cheese Rolling and Wake is an annual event held in May at Cooper's Hill near Gloucester. Competitors race down the hill after a Double Gloucester cheese, and the first person over the line wins the cheese. In theory, competitors are aiming to catch the cheese, but since it has a second's head start and can reach immense speeds up to 70mph (enough to knock over and injure a spectator in 1997), this rarely occurs. ...more on Wikipedia about "Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake"

Dubliner is a sweet mature cheese manufactured by Carbery and marketed internationally under the auspices of the Irish Dairy Board under the Kerrygold brand. The cheese is named after the city of Dublin, and has a robust flavour, with a light distinctive tang; it pairs well with apples and grapes, or a well-balanced red wine. The cheese is aged over twelve months and is monitored by expert cheesemen to ensure the highest quality cheese. The cheese was developed by Irishman John Lucey and this secret recipe is exclusively held by the company Carbery. Dubliner may contain natural amino acid crystals, these appear as small white pieces. To enjoy the distictive round flavor of Dubliner cheese, it should be kept in a well sealed container and refrigerated. It does not do well after freezing. An hour before eating, pull the Dubliner cheese from the refrigerator. Ingredients: Pasteurised Milk (96.5%); Cheese Starter (1.5%); Rennet (0.002%); Dairy Salt (1.9%) ...more on Wikipedia about "Dubliner cheese"

It is often equated with freedom (as by Quentin Skinner (1998) Liberty before Liberalism, citing Hobbes's Leviathan), although some have argued a distinction (eg David Hackett Fischer (2005) Liberty and Freedom: a visual history of America's founding ideas). ...more on Wikipedia about "Liberty"
