ULSP, Ultimate Logging System Professional, is a Xanga visitor tracking service written by Eddy Wong, a secondary school student in Hong Kong otherwise known as ewcy on Xanga. By putting a reference to a server-side PHP script on their own blog, Xanga bloggers are able to obtain the visitor's username on Xanga, locate the country where the user is situated, and record the IP address and the resolved Internet service provider of the visitor.
