Starting with the three-some on the first episode, Steven managed to hook up with scores of women while working at the Palms Casino and Resort and maintaining his relationship with Trishelle. The climax was the "pregnancy scare", after a season full of free, steamy, uninhibited sex. So steamy and sensual was their relationship that Steven and Trishelle help launch the Las Vegas episodes into Real World iconic status and instantly made him one of the more well-known and memorable castmates in the series. Known to many as simply Steven, he was booted off Battle of the Sexes Two for his well-known temper.
