The Bad Boys of SNL is a nickname given to a group of actors who often performed together on Saturday Night Live. The members of the group were in what is considered to be the second generation of the show's cast since Lorne Michaels returned as producer in 1985. Where the first generation was more prone to the use of a more subdued form of humor, based largely on wit, the second was known for a wilder, more outrageous fast-paced form of comedy. There was a compilation episode released based on the group's most infamous moments, and they continue to appear in movies together to this day, (with the exception of the now-deceased Chris Farley.) Recently, many of these movies have been released under the Happy Madison label. ...more on Wikipedia about "Bad Boys of SNL"
