Trinity Grammar School is a boys' Anglican school located across several campuses in the Melbourne suburb of Kew. It was founded at a meeting of several church figures on November 14, 1902. It opened in 1903, operating out of a church hall. It has among its alumni a number of leading Australian figures, including scientists, politicians and sportspeople. Trinity has a particularly good reputation for developing Australian Rules footballers. Trinity is also infamous for acknowledging only those who have risen to prominent positions in business and sport and not those in arguably more valuable fields like art and music.
