Goatse.cx (variably pronounced "goat see," "goats," "goatsex," "goat say", or "goat see dot cx", and often truncated to goatse) is one of the most infamous Internet shock sites and well-known Internet memes. Its front page contains a sexually explicit picture, hello.jpg, featuring a man wearing a gold ring on his left hand (and nothing else) manually stretching his anus and rectum to a diameter roughly equal to the width of his hand. When one is brought to Albino Black Sheep - You are An Idiot page, a Macromedia Flash movie called youare.swf is seen, which chants "You are an idiot, hahahahahahahahahahaha" over and over again, and flashes black and white smiley faces. When the user closes the browser window, the page abuses JavaScript so that a flurry of moving popups with the flash are made. Attempting to close these windows, which is difficult because they are flying around on the screen, results in even more popups, sometimes causing the computer to crash or stop responding.
