Simpsons villains Cecil Terwilliger ("Side Show Cecil") is a fictional character on the animated television show The Simpsons. He is the brother of Robert Underdunk Terwilliger ( Sideshow Bob) who served as Krusty the Clown's sidekick until he tried to frame Krusty for armed robbery. Cecil, voiced by David Hyde Pierce, and Robert, voiced by Kelsey Grammer, have a relationship similar to that of Niles and Frasier Crane, whom the actors played on the sitcom Frasier. One of the jokes in Cecil's episode is part of this send-up of Fraiser: when Bart covers Cecil's eyes and says guess who, to which Cecil replies "Maris?" (the name of Niles's oft-mentioned but never seen wife). ...more on Wikipedia about "Cecil Terwilliger"

Kearney (voiced by Nancy Cartwright) is a character from The Simpsons. Kearney is one of Springfield's many bullies in the long-running animated TV show The Simpsons. He has a crew cut and wears a white torn shirt and dog collar bangles. Although he looks to be around Jimbo or Dolph's age, he has a young son (it's not known who the mother is), the only present Springfield Elementary student that celebrated the 200 years celebration of USA (that is, was alive in 1976) and shaves his beard. Strangely (in an episode) he needed a fake ID to purchase beer. It is speculated that Kearney is the gang's second in command next to Jimbo, but in one episode he rose through the bullying ranks to become the President. In one episode he describes himself as speaking "as a teenager, and as the parent of a teenager". ...more on Wikipedia about "Kearney (Simpsons)"
Charles Montgomery "Monty" Burns (usually simply Mr. Burns) (born September 15 in an unspecified year), a fictional character, is the owner of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant in The Simpsons cartoon series. He is fabulously wealthy, and due to his status as Springfield's leading (and perhaps only) plutocrat, Mr. Burns is able to do whatever he wants with little to no consequences. He is attended at almost all times by Waylon Smithers, his loyal aide and confidant. Harry Shearer is the voice behind the character of Mr. Burns, though Christopher Collins voiced him for the first few episodes. With his unapologetic lack of morals, huge wealth and sprawling influence, Burns represents a cynical view of the 'true face' of modern Corporate America. Burns's parents' names (as stated in The Simpsons Uncensored Family Album) are Daphne (née Charles) and Clifford. ...more on Wikipedia about "Montgomery Burns"
